Observing the current state of human affairs, it is clear, as empirical evidence mounts that Ethics plays no part in the day to day events, incidents and occurrences that can be observe everyday: Invasions, Wars, Politically inspired Conflicts, Unscrupulous and Criminal behaviours; Dictatorships, and Despotism with Tyranny spreading Evil Ideology as Truth - claiming prosperity for All. For human being born devoid of Ethics - it is time to learn to be better, more evolved, a more Ethical Species.

Thousands of Years of promised prosperity; never realized; never materialized; never administrated, and never legislated. How many opportunities have been squandered; denied and obfuscated by selfish unethical individuals, some elected to represent the citizenry, they ultimately refused to serve. Humans are the fulcrum of a swinging pendulum, back & forth; a metronome marking each and every opportunity for Change - they have learned nothing to further the Change they want.

Collectively the masses pay the bills for those, who already hoard excessive wealth in bloated coffers, while refusing to pay their share - Billions hidden, taken, stolen, and passed down as inheritance, by ancestors who accumulated such wealth through unethical and unscrupulous practice.

Being human is learned behaviour and humans have learned to behave very badly! Human have rarely demonstrated a propensity for ethical behaviour - why should they; they never truly learned Ethics. It was not taught in the Home; not taught in Schools; is clearly is not taught in the Business Environment, and clearly not a trait of the few that hoard the wealth of the World.

Two Thousand years of existence and this is the best humankind can do for themselves? Billions starving, destitute, and homeless; rising crime; overflowing courtrooms and prisons; Wars, conflicts, invasion, human trafficking - all manner of unethical practices by those claiming both wealth and power to make a difference; yet here we all are - waiting for ethics from the unethical.

"To expect unethical individuals to be ethical is insanity!"

Human today demand more from their leaders; they demand more from their Economic platforms and they demand more from their Governments. Government; many founded on Democracy, but failing to recognize the Electorate's power. The Electorate demands change - a respite from 2000 years of indentured Servitude, micro-waged enslavement - where administrators and managers command their employees, when leadership is both required and desired. Corporations demand years of experience from those paid entry-level wages; they demand increases in production, but do not increase wages for increased production profits.

The business ethics of Robber Barons, who gorged on profits gleaned from Tobacco and Cotton Plantations worked by kidnapped humans (enslaved and indentured) illegally then, as they are today; an unscrupulous practice, wholly unethical when first introduced.

This kind of business ethic continues today; the canard, an illusion of prosperity for All; a deception for the masses. The evidence is clearly documented - 1% prosper, while 99% are left to struggle and strive to exist on the scraps. The Industrial Age is a failure to meet both Supply & Demand; the most valuable Resource on Earth is the Human Being, not Wealth.

Written, claimed and documented - "All humans are created equal" - people today want their equal share of the spoils from their toils! There is more than enough to Balance the Books.

The "Point of No Return" was passed long ago - no amount of political/economic restructuring or wealth management can transform decades of Economic devastation, the International poverty enforced by failed & failing Corporate & Business Ethics!

The Standards of Ethics must rise to meet both Challenges & Demands of the People of the Earth - Ethics to serve the whole of Humanity.
