  2. “Professionalism is the conduct, aims or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or professional person. It implies there is a quality of workmanship or service. But in reality, it’s more about ethical behavior in the workplace. Every organization knows that a professional and ethical reputation is the difference between success and failure, and they seek to keep those staff who are the most professional.” (Byars & Stanberry, 2018, pg. 342)

     These two quotes denote the necessary perseverance and desire required to be an Entrepreneur but does not address the “Invisible Issue” that affects many Individuals that would choose to enter into an industry as their own boss. Their endeavours, their integrity and their business veracity are all impacted by a single Invisible Issue, which is held over their head; a sword of Damocles, dangling perilously. Unethical and systemic Bigotry entrenched in the institutions and many industries; a ceiling, unbreakable, impenetrable with heights that seem unreachable is the environment of Business Ownership.

     The ideology of inclusion is rendered moot as one observes every Marketplace. One must inquire; "How does one deal with issues of Systemic Bigotry; the institutionalized prejudicial stereotyping embedded surreptitiously through decades of flawed, failed and erroneous debate at every stage; observed World-wide by Individuals, Businesses, Corporations, Suppliers, Financial Institution, Ministries, and a visibly unjust System of Justice?

     Systemic Bigotry and unscrupulous Unethical practices raises their vile heads in every Marketplace - mocking Industries, Entrepreneurs, and Individuals alike as they take their early steps in establishing a Business or Culture of their own.

     The Mission becomes the eradication of the Invisible Issues; tear down the walls that stands between the Ideologies of Evolved Principled and Ethics, Equity, Equality and Prosperity for ALL. One must identify the Key Issues.
