Recommendation:

The longer this type of legislated bigotry exists, the more necessary the need for it to be eradicated, where all Humans are capable and culpable in their own demise. In their Article, Mr. S. Byars and Mr. K. Stanberry, both burdened by culpable acceptance and unwitting participation in the “Invisible Issue;” together, falsely privileged, thanks to the very same institutional and systemic bigotry legislated, have denied Truth - Equality, Equity, Human & Civil Rights, in our Communities, in our Marketplaces, in our Workplaces, even Internationally, are non-existent.

The Workplace is filled with individuals seeking to crack the “Invisible Issue,” while struggling to get ahead in a Business World bereft of Equality and Equity. Entrepreneurs toil diligently and in earnest to build a foundation for their business, unaware that the game is institutionally and systemically rigged against their endeavours. They will experience obstacles to growth based that systemic Bigotry - by entrenched and institutional discrimination, division, and embedded hatreds in the Legislation that regulates every Industry.

The truest means; the first step in eradicating the “Invisible Issue” is to refrain from the usage of divisive, misleading, and erroneous terms as sources to label human categories. In truth, the categories have been embellished, stretched beyond their borders to include Ethnicity, Religion and any Diversity. These must be addressed, not at a later date, but today. It is the “Invisible Issue” that requires immediate recognition and eradication.

Where many Perceptions seem to be True - there is only ONE that is TRUTH.

The Ethical Conclusion:

In conclusion, Bigotry and Discrimination must be eradicated! Observance of any Ethical Dilemma facing an individual no longer becomes a battle between Personal Beliefs, Morals, Principles, and Values. Does anyone value every human life in equal terms to your own? They should; they must, only then can Equality can be assured.

The visible example of Ethical Dilemma is evidenced in the USA, where there are lingering ideologies that People of African Descent (P.O.C.) are lessor Humans than Caucasians; both being descendants with the same African Ancestry.

Let that sink in - observe the irony of the need for one group to enslave the other, solely by reason of their tanned skin. Does one enslave Vacation-Goers, who return from vacation with Tanned Skin? Why not?

Bigotry, issues forth from the false beliefs of White Supremacy; it threatens, not only the USA, but the whole of Humanity. Buried in flawed Legislation that creates their unscrupulous, unethical behaviour, discrimination has flourished. It has perpetuated discrimination, and is supported by systemic and institutionalized Bigotry.

The Narrative of History must ethically reflect the Truth; fore only the Truth can set Mankind free of their own Bigotry.

No one wants to live in a World devoid of Trust, where Ethical Standards do not rise to meet the Truth!
