Born in August 1959, in Guyana (formerly British Guyana). His Father held a position as Educator (English & Latin) at Queens Royal College in Trinidad & Tobago. Born the middle child of three (3), the family migrated to Canada in December of 1966.

My Ethical Journey began, as my father was denied a position at Sir Wilfred Laurier University, where Administrators claimed, "he was overqualified to teach at a University level."

My work focuses on helping individuals and organizations develop practical ethical frameworks that improve decision-making, accountability, performance, and social responsibility.

As Director of TRi-E Foundation, I promote Ethical Social Development through Education, Research, Leadership Development, and innovative Ethical Learning Exercises. My approach combines Philosophy, Business Acumen, Critical Thinking, and real-world application to create meaningful and measurable outcomes.
