Ethical Educating for Ethical Tomorrows!

 The Ethical Path:

What conceivable corrections could salvage Mankind from such their accursed course?

The Path by its very inception drags all humanity into the Cauldron of Hate and Ignorance sprinkled with torturous violence, repression, oppression and depression. Any denial that change is necessary is a Fool's Perspective. Against the Invisible Issues employed by those demanding or asserting assumed privilege, endorsed by systemic and institutionalized bigotry that has decimated the values, conjured new dogma and curricula taught to the Children of the Earth.

A formidable task - the eradication of the Invisible Issue; far too few are cognoscente of its existence; its affect and effect on their lives; too few are willing heed the meaning of words intoned, now with dulled senses and sensibility. Any Path, any course, any legislated word can be modified. In this, know that "words are the means to meaning" and there is dire need for such words to be amended.

Every word of Legislation must bear ethical Equity, Equality, and true Justice in their implication and ramification, especially where the desired are demands for true Justice, Unity, Equality, and Equity as a Human Beings.

Three necessary changes could be enacted to eradicate the Invisible Issue:

  • Discard the Outdated Legislation.

This would seem a simplest choice, but those who have inequitably and unequally gained through old legislation will fight hardest to maintain it; their unfair system’s status quo is their foundation. The hypocrisy of Legislation written that serves a few, while stripping the rest that, which is their by Birth, that no Legislation can deny by Mankind’s Sacrament of being born.

One is born with Human Rights. They are not granted through Legislation. In taking one's first breath as a Human - the Right to prospers is equally yours. The audacity of anyone to deny another, having taken similarly that first breath at birth, the equality of being Human? Are there not enough means by which competitive inequality can be established? Birth is not such a competition. Discarded whole, what chaos would ensue, were there no Legislation to sooth the Savage Beasts that claimed themselves to be Humane?

  • Amend the Outdated Legislation.

The Legislation can be altered, rewritten and reworded to mete out equally the full weight of Human Rights, equitably shared. Words, misinterpreted, misguided or worse, misleading, cause detriment to the tapestry that is the Human Race and require amendment. One cannot claim Legislation to be “Legally Binding” if it does not bind all equally. One cannot pronounce all Mankind - indigenous to Earth, as “the Dominant Race” then demand the majority be subservient. If All are created equal, then as equals, are they created.

Wealth, Fame, and Political Stature are no criterion to oppose equality, especially since the poorest and the wealthiest draw first breath alike. Human Right is not a Legislative claim to be made at birth; fore “Birth” itself is the only necessary assertion any Human need to claim Human Rights. The term “Race” should be stricken from every Legislation penned by the hand of a member of the Human Race.

  • The Combination: Amend the Old and Create something New.

The current legislation lacks the teeth to bite, to pursue transgressors or to exact punitive recourse against transgressors, while coddling them. The Acts, the Codes, the Charters, all the lofty, auspicious, and cleverly penned documents that give some an unfair and falsely claimed advantage, an assumed privilege through legislated usage of the term “Race” shall be held to account. Except for its usage in describing Mankind as the entirety of the Human Race, the term is eradicated from the lexicon of legislated language. None should have their “Birth Rite” disavowed through inequitable legislation.

Once Amended and recreated in the image of Equal, Civil and Human Rights, Mankind, the One Race, business adventurers with the Entrepreneurial Spirit that drives Tribe, Village, Community, Province, State and Nations to succeed can observe that inequality legislated serves only to destroy Mankind, when prosperity is desired.

Next, educate the young to the amended legislation, removing both Race and Colour from the lexicon of the Curriculum, save to claim with true honesty, “All Mankind is created Equally.” Where a Tan is measured by degrees, not by stereotypes that disparages those who tan better than others. Eradicate the issue early, be proactive in its extinction and hold all humans accountable for transgression, in word or by deed. The Institutionalized and Systemic ideology that created Bigotry must be exterminated, like the parasitic organism; a virus that can be easily cured. only then, can Mankind Evaluate their condition.
