The Verdict is in! - June 1st. 2022
Founder's Notes:
Because it was on so many minds - The verdict is in: Johnny wins, Amber wins, and the World can go back to caring about nothing again.
Clearly, lying on the Witness Stand, after an Oath to speak the Truth, no longer carries the weight of Perjury!
 
Verdict:
☆ Johnny was more defamed by Amber than Amber by Johnny.
Note: Amber was defamed by Johnny's Lawyer, who was not sued, because Johnny was the bigger Ticket.
 
Ethics Check
1) In the USA, "Freedom of Speech" loses; only to exists as a euphemism for "Say anything you want," even when lying in a Court of Law under Oath, where that oath means, "Orator of Truth," which Amber absolutely was not.
2) Congratulations go to Johnny's Legal Team for being prepared and ready to serve their Client - something Governments could learn; to serve the Electorate in a similar manner.
▪︎ Johnny displayed his ethical nature throughout his 6 year ordeal with Amber.
The number of Abused Men rises quietly behind the "MeToo" Movement. Men struct dumb; fearing emasculation and degradation in the Press & Public Medias, and organizations bent on Sensationalism, not the Truth.
▪︎ This Defamation of Character Case came down to an issue of Trust - who did the Jury trust to most? The credibility of Truth sided with Johnny.
"No one wants to live in a World without Trust!" This Jury could not trust in Amber's lies.
 
Conclusion
Amber defamed herself causing greater damage to her Character and her Reputation during this litigation.
