Interfluence of Definition - April 27th 2022
Often one hears both an assumption of or a demand for the Freedom of Speech, claimed as the Right of an Orator (Speaker) to say whatever they wishes to say.
That would be a wholly INACCURATE an assumption!
☆ Defined accurately:
The grave error is made in understanding the difference between Speak & Speech.
- To Speak
1) Most Humans are born with the ability to learn to Speak; in multiple Languages and Forms. It is a trait, claimed as unique to being Human; it was neither a Right nor Freedom.
2) Wars have been fought to install or recover Civil & Human Rights, Liberties & Freedom from Oppression, Repression, Tyranny and Fascism, in the Past, but Today, one may have to fight for their Freedom to Speak.
- "Speech" is the Legislation for the Oration of Truth; bastardized by those, who would use Legislation to misinform, misdirect, coerce, deceive and of course, lie.
NOTE: There is no Freedom to Lie! The Ideology is Indoctrinated Ignorance, a frail and simplistic trait of weak minded individuals; a choice to deceive others for personal gain.
- Freedom of Speech gives no Right for an Individual to say anything they want; it is an "Oath to be the Orator of Truth." In Courtrooms across the Earth individuals take the Oath to "Tell the Truth, the Whole Truth and nothing but the Truth," under the Penalty of Punish for Lies - hence the term "Speech." Ethically, one is held to the Standards of Absolute Truth, when making a Speech in Public Forums, on Applications and clearly when one is called as Witness.
- Freedom to Speak hopes an individual refrains from Lies, deception, obfuscations, or anything verbal claims knowing repercussion and accountability are forthcoming, when they are found out. One must be able to Speak to make a "Speech," but Speech must be the Truth; the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.
- Surprise! There are so many people, who have never known or understood that a difference existed.
WE have all heard others say, "May I speak freely?" or "Permission to speak freely..." - this gives the Speaker the permission to express bias through an opinion, idea or perception, which may be contrary to the Truth or True Events - Lie! Permission to speak is known within a Hierarchy or Chain of Administration or Command.
Conclusive -
"Freedom of Speech" is the Oath in a Courtroom, forcing an Individual to become the "Orator of Truth" - to Lie or Deceive in a Court is Perjury (a Criminal Offense) punishable under the Law!
