Ideology...

There are Four Ideologies at play in the World; in the Human Psyche and each has its indelible flaws - perpetrated one to another in unceasing proficiency; generation after generation. This will not change unless the Narratives and the human attitudes towards change are alter.

“No one is an Island, but neither are individuals alone in Paradise."

In a World of over 7 Billion individuals, there can no longer be an ideology of “Others,” when all Humans hold the Welfare of each other in the palm of their hands.

“Evil triumphs, when good people do nothing;” it does worse damage, embellished by misinterpreted Freedoms for some and not for others - claiming that theirs is the only Ideology of Existence. Why is Mankind here? Is it to be Wealthy? Is it to be Powerful? Or is it to be Fruitful? All claims aside, none will, none are Fruitful alone; without others, none are Wealthy; none are Powerful, and clearly not everyone is Prospering!

If Mankind is going progress, evolve, they must set new Standards, Ethical Laws, Rules and/or Regulations, they must set in motion an Evolution of Ethics that creates for Mankind - a World both Ethical and Equitable for all its inhabitants. There are no others on Earth that can, where Mankind lives, eats, sleeps, and breathes the same - the ingredients necessary for progress must lead to prosperity to sustain Life.

Observe a multitude Species, that dwells below the surface of the Oceans; they do not behave as Humans do. Observe each Species that soar among the clouds above; they do not behave as Humans do. No other creatures craves excess, thirsts for wealth or power, yet each knows their equal place in the Cycle of Life. Among Humans, the Cycle is broken, shattered and rendered self-destructive and detrimental to all living creatures, even the Environments suffers.

A Declaration is penned to create new ethical standards and principles that have teeth to bite those, who claim their existence to be more worthy than the equal, ordinary person; a means by which all Earthlings can enjoy and are ensured sustained existence, observing that they are all threatened by any minor group, or percentage of a culture, ethnicity, gender, that claims dominion over the whole, by reason or distinction of their skin hue (colour of their skin), gender, age, sexual (identity), language, religion, culture or ethnicity; disability, origin or social status, property, region or type of birth, migration or other status, while abdicating responsibility for the actions or omission of action by that minor group, percentage, section, culture or ethnicity, or skin hues, being in part or partial member of the collective body known as Mankind.

Mankind today, is an unethical creature struggling for lasting Peace, under failing Rules and Principles that govern some, but not all - never collectively or wholly as One Species. Through equal and equitable education Ethical Rules and Principles to govern collectively behaviour of all Human Beings regardless of any distinction by reason, such as their name, wealth, political stance, class or caste, property; or their skin hue (skin colour), gender, age, sexual (identification), language, religion, culture or their ethnicity, disability, origin or social status, property, or their region of birth, migration, or other status.

"Ignorance is no excuse to the rule of Common Laws, neither can it be a Declaration of Inequitable Human Rights!"

“Mankind is the People; the People are the Nation; the Nations are the whole of Mankind.” See a Future, were the People are members of  a transformed United Nations - the World Ethical Congress of Allied Nations, because W.E.C.A.N. bring Peace in Our Time. In a World of ethical conscience, that no longer describes the lives of innocent people as insignificant, disposable, or lesser, it is time to say with One Human Voice:

“All Human Lives Matter!”

Thus, the Declaration herein is a “Living Document” based in ethical purpose and principles disfigures the United Nations in paraphrase, ye shall amend and make equitable, the Rules of Law in every Region, Country, State, and Community, where humans inhabit the Earth, and shall govern human behaviour, and shall be the instrument in establishing ethical ideals and the realization of Truth, Security, Peace, and Justice of its Ethical Purpose and the Principles that are Ethical and Equitable Human Rights.

Simply, the obvious conclusion is the creation of an Ethical Organization to oversee Ethical Global Social Development - Mankind's Welfare; to discern ethical procedures and principles that create both Peace and Security of all Mankind, no matter where they reside on Earth.

Over 2000 years have passed; 2000 years of unethical behaviour detrimental of the whole, where Mankind is that whole - regardless of Country, Nation, or State - Freedom from Bigotry and Discriminations based on ignorance, hate or prejudged reason; such as skin hue (colour of skin), gender, age, sexual (identity), language, religion, culture or ethnicity, disability,  regional origin, political or social status, property, birth or migration ends in "Our" Time!
